In Gümüşlük, Bodrum, in a small village directly on the sea, is the historical village church which will be our centre.
An untouched landscape with a distant view of the Greek islands form the background to our course. Swimming in the nearby sandy beach in our free time is one of the additional perks. Small paths lead through a historical, unspoiled landscape.
Programme 25/09 – 02/10/2010
Day 1
Transfer from the airport Bodrum/Milas or from the city of Bodrum to the centre, evening meal and time for getting to know each other.
Days 2 – 7
- Yoga each morning from 8.00–9.30 followed by brunch/breakfast until noon.
- On five days we will dance during the late afternoon or after supper for approx. 90 minutes in the old church.
- One evening we will have a musician as a guest, to play Classical Turkish music on the flute (ney).
- On two separate afternoons we will cook together, in an introduction to the many varied vegan possibilities of Turkish Cuisine.
- Another afternoon is reserved for a boat ride along the Aegean Coast.
- A pleasant half-day walk on age-old paths leads us to an ancient mountain village by the seashore, with opportunities for swimming.
Day 8
Transfer to the airport at Bodrum/Milas or to the town of Bodrum.
